I believe that change happens when we are both ready and with gentle pushes from those around us. Taking the wisdom from the past, mindfulness from the present, and looking to the future, I trust in the symbiotic energy that shifts us into a life worth living fueled by authentic values. Taking a creative approach and using a blend of modalities including Emotion Focused, ACT, DBT, CBT, Person Centered, Trauma Informed, and Somatic, I work to meet you where you're at and empower you to find freedom from the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and maladaptive coping that is no longer serving you.
When I'm not in the "therapist chair", you can find me exploring, surrounding myself with nature, looking for new experiences, or checking out local art scenes.
